  1. Highlight the text in item 2 below
  2. set:spamassain:1
  3. Right click your mouse on the highlited text
  4. Select "Copy" (left click)
  5. Open your control Panel
  6. Select email then select "forwarding"
  7. Rignt click in the box "Forwarding List"
  8. Select "Paste" (left click)
  9. Click "Update"
  10. Log out
